Information:

Join the canyon residents of Canyon Del Muerto for Hiking experience of a lifetime or sign up for an overnight camping excursion into the heart of Canyon De Chelly.

Bring your own 4x4 truck or S.U.V. along and challenge your driving skills, as you travel on the soft sand bottom of the Canyon floor. Tent campsite available at Mummy cave ruins on the Cly family farm.

The family guides are certified and authorized by the National Park Service. We are 100% Navajo owned and operated.

Please support Navajo businesses. Call or write to us for more detailed information of overnight camping, hiking trails, and bring your own 4x4 into the canyon.

Hiking guide fees are $25.00 per hour, per guide, for 1-10 hikers in a group.
$ 50.00 per hour for 10-15 hikers or more.
Annual 4 trails hike is scheduled for Spring and Fall, please call or e-mail to sign up and get more information from the Cly family
The National Park Service rules specify an authorized Navajo guide for every 15 people in a group.

Canyon de Chelly Trails:

The place Spider woman created weaving
Spider Rock - Bat trail, class 2, three miles one way/4-5 hours.


White Sands trail - class 2, 0.7 miles to Sliding House Ruins, 4.5 miles to Whitehouse ruins site and 3.5 miles to Hole in the Rock

Winter Tunnel Trail
Tunnel trail - class 2, 1.8 miles to Petroglyphs rock and 2.7 miles to first ruins.


Bee Hive trail - Class 3.0 / 0.5 miles to Hole in the rock, also known as the Window Rock. 5.0 miles to Spider Rock.

White House Ruins
Yei Bi Chai trail - Class 3.2 / 1.0 miles to White house ruins site, and 2.0 miles to junction house ruins site.



Canyon Del Muerto Trails:


Bear trails - class 3, 2.1 miles to Ledge ruins & 3.1 miles to Running Antelopehouse ruins.

Crevice in the Rock, Trail in Canyon Del Muerto Start of Crevice trail over 900 feet above the floor of Canyon Del Muerto

Twin Trails - class 2, 4.8 miles to Mummy Cave Ruins and 3.2 miles to Standing Cow Ruins.

The Start of Hanging Ladder Trail
Hanging Ladder trail - class 4.5, 1.8 miles to Mummy Cave ruins.

Chief Barboncito used this trail to start the long walk in 1868

Pinetree canyon trail - Class 2.8 / 3.8 miles to Mummy cave ruins site.

1 vehicle = $25.00 per hour for halfday/Allday tours.
Extra 4x4's are $15.00 per vehicle
